• Books & Magazines: We specialize in unique, rare, and high-quality publications.
• Selvedge Goods: These items represent unique craftsmanship and are often limited-edition. Due to their exclusive nature, ALL SALES OF SELVEDGE GOODS ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy respects the integrity and limited availability of these pieces.

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur. If you have specific questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in US Dollars. While we strive to maintain accurate stock, items may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such a case, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Incorrect information may lead to delays or order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Service Area: We proudly ship globally but are currently unable to ship to select regions in Asia and a few remote areas. We will notify you if your address is unserviceable.

Processing: Orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Methods & Timelines:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items (excluding Selvedge Goods) within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Items must be in original, unused, resalable condition with all packaging and tags.

Process:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days with your order details.
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Ship the item with the RMA number clearly marked, using a trackable service. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.
4. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval/denial of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our approval, plus bank processing time (typically 10-15 business days total). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement. Upgrades are at your cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Magazine World’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including delays in shipping or issues arising during international customs clearance. Our role is to prepare and dispatch your order with care; subsequent transit is managed by third-party carriers.
