Our Policy in Principle
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note that due to the curated and often limited-edition nature of our collection, all sales of “SELVEDGE GOODS” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy respects the unique craftsmanship and exclusive availability of these items, much like a rare magazine find.
The Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original condition and packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship it to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Completion: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. This typically means you will see the refund within 10-15 business days from our approval notification.
- Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will ship your replacement item according to your selected shipping method.
